First date

First date? What kind of a weird headline is that on a post about a car? That's what came to mind, though. Sometimes I wonder about myself.

It's been about 27 years since I had a first date. I was no expert on this front then, and I'm much less of one now. But that is about what it feels like.

See, I met this car in a guy's yard last Monday, and came away with its number. You know, its VIN code. And I've been thinking about it ever since. Looks, personality – as you can see, it's got it all. It even comes with a spare transmission!

It all feels pretty good. Let's see what the weekend brings.
